Republic Services Increases Quarterly Dividend by 10% to $0.22

Republic Services, Inc.

announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 10.0% increase in the Company's regular quarterly dividend. The quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share will be paid on October 17, 2011 to stockholders of record on October 3, 2011.
