The Company manufactures DURA-BASE composite mat system for sales as well as for use in the domestic and international rental operations. The Company's customers are integrated and independent oil and gas E&P companies operating in the markets that it serves. The Company's competitors include Schlumberger, Halliburton and Baker Hughes. The Company's business is affected by governmental regulations relating to the oil and gas industry in general as well as health and safety regulations that have specific application to its business.
