The Company's main competitors include the GACD Group, Pluradent AG & Co., Lifco AB, Planmeca Oy, Billericay Dental Supply Co. Ltd., National Veterinary Services and Alcyon SA. The Company's business is subject to local, state, federal and foreign governmental laws and regulations applicable to the distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
