Effective April 16, 2001, CACI, Inc. was merged into its wholly-owned subsidiary, CACI, INC.-FEDERAL, such that the registrant is now the corporate parent of CACI, INC.-FEDERAL, a Delaware corporation, and CACI N.V., a Netherlands corporation. It operates as a holding company and its operations are conducted through subsidiaries which are located in the U.S. and Europe, and a joint venture which is controlled by the registrant. The Company operates its business through two segments: Domestic Operations and International Operations. The Domestic Operations segment provides information solutions and services to its customers which includes, enterprise IT solutions, knowledge management solutions, business systems solutions, logistics and material readiness solutions and services, ISR solutions and services, command and control solutions and services, cyberspace solutions, geospatial solutions, investigation and litigation support solutions, healthcare IT solutions, identity management solutions, mobility solutions and services, program management and system engineering and technical assistance services. The International operations segment offers services to both commercial and non-U.S. government customers through the company's knowledge management solutions, business systems solutions, and enterprise IT solutions lines of business. The Company's international operations are conducted through its operating subsidiary in Europe, CACI Limited. It operates in a competitive industry that includes many firms. Its customers are agencies of the U.S. government. It works in compliance with a variety of laws and regulations.
