It competes with department stores, off-price retailers, specialty stores, discount stores, wholesale clubs, and outlet stores. The Company's trademarks include BCF, Burlington, Burlington Coat Factory, Cohoes, Luxury Linens, MJM Designer Shoes, and Baby Depot. The Company is subject to regulations by a variety of state and federal regulatory authorities, including the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
