Fort Worth–based real estate firm Searspace Financial is expanding its real estate operations across North Texas while adding Bitcoin to its corporate balance sheet — reflecting a modern approach to capital management alongside its core fix-and-flip investment strategy.
As the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex continues to rank among the fastest-growing housing markets in the country, Searspace has expanded its vertically integrated business to participate in regional housing demand through value-add acquisitions, property renovations, and resale activity across the region.
"Fort Worth and the greater DFW region continue to show strong long-term fundamentals," said Sear Antonio, Founder of Searspace. "Our primary focus is acquiring undervalued properties, improving them, and bringing quality housing back to market — while also making disciplined long-term decisions about how we manage capital."
Vertically Integrated Operations
Searspace operates through an in-house structure that includes Searspace Financial, Searspace Construction, and SPC Homes, allowing the company to manage acquisitions, renovations, redevelopment, and resale execution under one unified operation.
Antonio oversees deal underwriting, capital deployment, and operational performance across the company's divisions, supporting coordination between acquisition strategy, construction execution, and financial planning.
Through SPC Homes, the company sources off-market and value-add acquisition opportunities. Searspace Construction manages renovation and rehabilitation projects throughout Fort Worth and surrounding DFW communities, while Searspace Financial oversees investment planning and balance sheet management. This integrated structure provides tighter control over project timelines, renovation quality, and execution efficiency.
Fix-and-Flip Core Strategy With Select Long-Term Holds
While Searspace's primary business model centers on fix-and-flip projects, the company also selectively retains certain renovated properties as long-term rental holdings when market conditions and cash-flow metrics support the decision.
Adding Bitcoin to the Corporate Balance Sheet
In addition to expanding its real estate footprint, Searspace recently added Bitcoin to its corporate balance sheet as part of a long-term capital allocation approach.
"Our focus is long-term," Antonio said. "We plan to continue adding Bitcoin strategically when it makes sense for the business and when market conditions present responsible opportunities. If discounts similar to what we've seen recently appear again, we would view that as an opportunity to increase our allocation in a disciplined way."
Antonio emphasized that the company's Bitcoin position is designed to complement its operating business rather than replace it.
"This is about balance," he said. "We remain focused on building real assets in Fort Worth while selectively strengthening our balance sheet with long-term reserve assets."

Reinvesting in Fort Worth Communities
Founded with the goal of revitalizing housing stock and improving neighborhood quality, Searspace has focused on upgrading properties across Fort Worth communities while maintaining strong construction standards and regulatory compliance. The company prioritizes partnerships with local contractors, suppliers, and labor teams, helping keep investment capital circulating within the regional economy.
"We're reinvesting directly into Fort Worth," Antonio said. Each renovation is intended to improve housing quality, contribute to neighborhood stability, and support local economic activity.
Long-Term Growth Strategy
Looking ahead, Searspace plans to continue scaling its fix-and-flip operation while gradually expanding into larger residential projects and select multifamily opportunities. The company's long-term strategy includes balancing active deal volume with the accumulation of income-producing assets to support cash flow stability and long-term growth.
"Our vision is to build a company that lasts," Antonio said. "We want to grow responsibly, create long-term careers for our team, and leave a meaningful economic footprint in North Texas."
By combining active real estate investment with disciplined balance sheet management, Searspace Financial is positioning itself as a forward-looking real estate firm focused on value creation — blending hands-on property renovation with long-term capital strategy.
