Sodexo SA (ADR) (OTC:
SDXAY) reported a 23 percent gain in its net profit for the six months ending February 28 and confirmed its goals for the full year.
Sodexo's profit for the period climbed to 343 million euros ($320 million).
Its revenue jumped 7 percent to EUR9.93 billion, while operating profit rose 17 percent to EUR620 million.
Revenue from on-site services climbed 1.5 percent in North American, while on-site revenue in the rest of the world gained 4.1 percent.
For the year ending Aug. 31, 2015, Sodexo projects organic revenue growth of around 3 percent.
Sodexo shares rose 0.50 percent to close at $100.01 yesterday.
