Amgen Completes Tender Offer for Outstanding Shares of Micromet

) announced today the expiration of the subsequent offering period of the tender offer by a wholly owned subsidiary, "Merger Sub," to acquire all outstanding shares of common stock of Micromet, Inc. (NASDAQ:

) for $11.00 per share in cash.  The subsequent offering period expired at 12:00 midnight, New York City time, at the end of Tuesday, March 6, 2012.
