Oppenheimer Reiterates Perform on BCD Semiconductor

Oppenheimer is out with its report today on BCD Semiconductor (NASDAQ:

), reiterating Perform. In its report, Oppenheimer writes, "At 7x our new CY12 EPS estimate of $0.80, BCDS trades at a discount to the group. However, given BCD's elevated risk profile associated with high PC/Consumer and regional (Asia) concentration, we do not believe shares deserve a valuation premium at this time. We are maintaining our Perform rating." Shares of BCDS closed Thursday at $5.60, up 3.13% from Wednesday's close.
