Qantas Reports 6.2% Rise In July Passenger Numbers

reported a 6.2% rise in total passenger numbers in July. Qantas' Total passenger numbers surged to 4.07 million, versus 3.83 million, in the year-ago period. International numbers climbed 0.4% and Qantas domestic gained 1.0%. Qantas' total domestic yields, excluding foreign exchange gains, jumped 9.4% and total international surged 7.0%.
