Electrolux To Acquire Stake In Compania Tecno Industrial

Sigdo Koppers SA and other parties agreed to sell their controlling interest in Compania Tecno Industrial SA to Electrolux AB

for 34.87 Chilean pesos per share. Electrolux will acquire all of the outstanding shares of CTI's subsidiary, Somela, for CLP 325 per share. ELUXY shares dropped 1.97% to close at $31.31 on Friday.
