Sodexo (OTC:
SDXAY) announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire the French company Lenôtre from Accor. The transaction remains subject to approval from the competition authorities.
Sodexo views the acquisition as a unique opportunity to develop its portfolio of Prestige activities in France and internationally.
