The Human Rights Campaign has awarded Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS) its highest rating of 100 in the 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the fourth consecutive year – naming the company one of the "Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality."

The 2019 CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.
