(NYSE:SF), is pleased to have acted as exclusive placement agent for Warren Equity Partners' first institutional fund.

Warren Equity Partners Fund II, L.P. (the "Fund") reached its hard cap of $310 million in capital commitments, with the majority of capital raised in less than seven months from the first close. The oversubscribed fund received strong support from a diverse range of institutional investors, including top-tier endowments, foundations, asset managers, family offices, and pension plans.

"Warren Equity Partners employs a value-oriented investment approach that prioritizes disciplined valuations and stable, recurring cash flows," said Eric Deyle, Managing Director at Eaton Partners.

"With average purchase price multiples in buyout pushing record levels, Warren Equity Partners' disciplined investment strategy with a focus on organic growth and operational value creation was in high demand from institutional investors," added Peter Martenson, Partner at Eaton Partners. "It has been our pleasure to partner with the Warren team on a successful fundraise."

"We are thrilled to have achieved this important milestone and are excited to partner with the blue-chip institutions that comprise our investor base," said Steven Wacaster, Managing Partner at Warren Equity Partners. "We are grateful for Eaton Partners' support during the successful raise of the Fund.  Their work ethic, energy, and knowledge within the institutional investor community were invaluable."

Over the past two years, Eaton Partners has successfully closed 26 funds, totaling $22 billion in capital commitments.
