Key differentiators highlight flexible application delivery, integration with Citrix Cloud, and recourse optimization with Citrix Workspace Environment Manager

Citrix announced it has been named as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Enterprise Mobility Management Software 2018 Vendor Assessment (doc #US43294018, July 2018). In addition to traditional unified endpoint management capabilities, Citrix Endpoint Management features enterprise-grade productivity applications, such as Secure Mail, micro-VPN for securing application data in transit, flexible Office 365 mobile application management, and security automation through Citrix Analytics. Citrix Endpoint Management also features Citrix Workspace Environment Manager, which provides legacy Windows 7 and 10 user group policy management and recourse optimization.

Citrix Endpoint Management is sold as part of Citrix Workspace, a single-platform solution for secure mobile, application, and desktop virtualization delivery. The IDC MarketScape recognizes Citrix Workspace app as a "well-designed single point of access tool for all Workspace services, from app access (across any device type) to provisioning new devices, as well as security functionality and cloud recourse access."

In addition to workspace IoT strategy, Citrix NetScaler's "strong remote access control, VPN, granular inspection, and security of mobile traffic are among the most advanced capabilities in this category among competitors," according to the report, enhancing support and scalability for mobile workers.
