PURE Bioscience Obtains NSF Registration for PURE Hard Surface as No-Rinse Sanitizer in Food Processing Areas

today announced it has obtained registration by NSF International of its SDC-based PURE™ Hard Surface disinfectant and food contact surface sanitizer for use as a no-rinse sanitizer in food processing areas. The NSF Nonfood Compounds Registration is a continuation of the approval and listing program previously administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). The NSF program provides product manufacturers, users, and regulatory/inspector groups with a proven method to determine product acceptability, and product registration by NSF assures inspection officials and end users that formulation and labels meet appropriate food safety regulations. PURE Hard Surface has been issued NSF Registration number 144518 and is now listed in the current NSF White Book at www.nsfwhitebook.org.
