Amira Nature Foods Ltd (the "Company", "Amira", "us", "we", or "our") (NYSE:ANFI), a leading global provider of branded, packaged Indian specialty rice, today announced the appointment of Robert Louis Wagman as an independent director subject to approval at the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on October 23, 2017.
