Martin Klein, Executive VP And CFO at Athene Holding ATH, made a large insider sell on October 7, according to a new SEC filing.

What Happened: A Form 4 filing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday showed that Klein sold 1,800 shares of Athene Holding at a price of $72.00. The total transaction amounted to $129,600.

Following the transaction, Klein still owns 119,355 shares of Athene Holding worth $8,840,696.
