Diluted earnings per share were $1.31 for 2010. Excluding certain items, adjusted diluted earnings per share in 2010 were up 19% to 1.17 from $0.98 in 2009.
Net sales were $1.2 billion, up 0.3% from the prior year's fourth quarter.
