today issued the following response to a lawsuit filed by Fellowes, Inc., alleging patent infringement in the paper shredder category: “We are aware that this action has been commenced against us. We intend to vigorously defend the allegations made in the lawsuit and are confident that we will continue to meet all commitments for delivery of shredder products to our customers.”
