The price tag on Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden's Beverly Hills home just got more attractive. The famous couple shaved $1.3 million off the property in hopes of finding a buyer, although they haven't lived there long themselves.
According to Zillow, Diaz and Madden purchased the home in October 2020 for nearly $14.7 million after being on the market for less than two months. The "Charlie's Angels" actress and Good Charlotte rocker put it up for sale less than four years later in July 2024 for $17.8 million. With no luck, the couple put a shiny-new price tag of about $16.5 million — nearly $2 million more than they bought it — on the property on May 23.
