Nearly A Year Without A Buyer, Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck's Marital Home Is Now $8.1 Million Cheaper

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are having trouble selling the home they lived in when they were married. As a result, the Beverly Hills mansion's price tag has been cut by $8.1 million, according to its Zillow listing.

The celebrity couple, known by their duo name "Bennifer," famously reunited and got married in July 2022 after previously having been engaged – and then broken up – 20 years earlier. A year after their nuptials, they bought the home spanning in the Crestview Manor neighborhood for $60.85 million. Just over a year later in July 2024, Bennifer listed the property for $68 million. With no takers in the past 10 months, the price dropped to $59.95 million on May 6.

Don't Miss:

Built in 2000, the 38,000-square-foot mansion features 12 bedrooms and 24 full bathrooms. It has all the amenities you'd expect of a home this huge, including an elevator, an indoor pickleball/basketball court, a boxing ring, and a beauty room with a hair-washing station. The exterior is just as impressive with a bush-lined driveway, a 12-spot parking garage and enough room for an additional 80 parked cars. Just in case the 12 bedrooms aren't enough, there's a guest house nearby. The infinity pool and spa overlook the canyon for stunning views while you swim or enjoy the outdoor kitchen and dining area.

According to The Agency, the property was renovated just four months ago. "Perched atop a five-acre promontory, this newly rebuilt and expanded masterpiece offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, creating a serene backdrop for its unparalleled amenities," the listing says. "Privacy and security are unrivaled as the manor sits prominently behind double gates. Designed and constructed with impeccable taste, the estate seamlessly integrates today’s cutting-edge technology with timeless elegance." Santiago Arana holds the listing.

It turns out that this isn't the first time the mansion has struggled to sell. According to public records, the property was sold in 2016 for $22 million, and, in 2018, it got a major facelift and a shiny-new price tag: $135 million. Over the next five years, the listing was removed and relisted with a new price tag several times. That's when Bennifer bought it for $60.85 million in May 2023 — more than 50% less than what it was originally listed for.

With the Beverly Hills home still on the market, both Lopez and Affleck have new homes in the Los Angeles area.
