Amazon and Starbucks Win Full Dismissal of Biometric Data Privacy Case in Washington Federal Court

Amazon.com and Starbucks, represented by Hueston Hennigan, achieved the full dismissal of a proposed biometric data privacy class action in Washington federal court on Monday. Both parties stipulated the voluntary dismissal of all claims against Amazon and Starbucks and the defendants waived all claims and counterclaims against the plaintiffs' counsel.
