Overstock.com Names Bhargav Shah Senior VP, Technology

Overstock.com, Inc.

has hired Bhargav Shah, a former KPMG technology consultant, as the company's senior vice president of Technology.  Shah replaces Sam Peterson who will remain with the company for a transition period.  Peterson is joining Open English, an online English language learning school.
