Acacia Subsidiary Enters into License Agreement with Medical Components

) announced today that its Catheter Flushing LLC subsidiary has entered into a license agreement with Medical Components, Inc. covering patents generally relating to the catheterization of patients using a guide wire and a flushing port. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Utah with respect to certain Medical Components, Inc. products.
