("JXPDN") has signed a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire 51% of the equity interests of Zhejiang Xili Valley Tourism Development Co., Ltd. ("Xili Valley Tourism"), an affiliate of the Company's China-Germany Nursing Program partner in Guangzhou.
