SANTA ANA, Calif., Dec. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) announced today that it has entered into an underwriting agreement for the sale of $500 million in principal amount of 4.950% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2024 at an issue price of 99.649%. The company intends to initially use approximately $385 million of the net proceeds to repay borrowings under its revolving trade accounts receivable-backed financing program in North America and the remaining net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include repayment of other debt, working capital, investments, acquisitions and capital expenditures. The company may draw down additional funds under such revolving trade accounts receivable-backed financing program in the future.
