(OTCBB: NSRS)(PINKSHEETS: NSRS) (the "Company" or "North Springs") is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of a 10% interest in an option on various producing gold and silver properties in Chihuahua Mexico from Hyperion Management Mining S.A. ("Hyperion"). As per terms of the agreement, North Springs has paid $250,000 to Hyperion for the purchase.
"The successful completion of this producing property acquisition is a giant leap forward for North Springs and its shareholders. The combined properties have the potential to become one of the largest gold and silver mining operations in the state of Chihuahua", stated Harry Lappa, President of North Springs.
