Lamar Advertising Co (NASDAQ: LAMR) posted upbeat fourth-quarter results, and issued strong revenue forecast for the first quarter.Lamar Advertising projects Q1 revenue of around $264 million, versus analysts' expectations of $262.2 million.Lamar Advertising's quarterly net income climbed to $6.4 million, or $0.07 per share, versus a loss of $7.1 million, or $0.08 per share, in the year-ago period. Its revenue surged to $288.2 million from $275.7 million.Analysts were projecting earnings of $0.01 per share on revenue of $284.1 million.Lamar Advertising shares closed at $31.49 yesterday.
