The Company's main competitors in the European Union include Compo AcquiCo SARL, Bayer AG, Westland Horticulture Ltd and a variety of local companies. It also competes against TruGreen, which has a substantially larger share of this market than Scotts LawnService, as well as numerous regional and local lawn care service operations and national and regional franchisors.
