) today reported results for the fiscal 2010 fourth quarter. Net sales for the fiscal 2010 fourth quarter were $42.8 million compared to $41.4 million for the same quarter of fiscal 2009. For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010, net income was $3.5 million, or $0.34 diluted earnings per share, compared to net income of $3.2 million, or $0.29 diluted earnings per share, for the same quarter of fiscal 2009.
