Tokyo Electron To Acquire Oerlikon Group's Solar Operations

announced its plans to acquire the solar operations of Switzerland's Oerlikon Group. The purchase price of the deal was not disclosed. The deal is likely to close over a period of several months. Tokyo Electron shares closed at $107.55 on Friday.
