NEW YORK, Oct. 05, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PIMCO Dynamic Income Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE:PDI) announced that it has commenced its public offering of 3,000,000 common shares. In addition, the Fund has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 common shares to cover over-allotments at the public offering price. The proceeds of the offering will be invested in accordance with the Fund's investment objectives and policies as set forth in the preliminary prospectus supplement and the accompanying base prospectus, as supplemented, relating to the offering. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC ("PIMCO"), the Fund's investment manager, will pay all offering and underwriting expenses in connection with the offering.
