Acorn's Board of Directors Recommends Rejection of Bireme's Tender Offer

) today announced that its Board of Directors voted to recommend that Acorn shareholders reject the Bireme Limited cash tender offer of $2.00 per ordinary share (equivalent to $6.00 per American Depositary Share) as inadequate and not in the best interests of Acorn and its shareholders.
