Blue Earth, Inc.
BBLU
, a renewable/alternative energy and energy efficiency services company, announced today that a class action lawsuit, captioned "Jordan Cianci, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated v. Blue Earth, Inc., Johnny R. Thomas (an executive officer), Brett Woodard (an executive officer) and John Francis (a non-executive officer)," was filed on October 24, 2014 in United States District Court Central District of California (Case No. 2:14-cv-08263) against Blue Earth, Inc. (the "Company") and the aforementioned officers of the Company. The complaint is based, in large part, on the allegations contained in an anonymous article posted on October 21, 2014 on the website "SeekingAlpha.com." The Company has previously responded to the "SeekingAlpha" allegations in a press release dated October 21, 2014 and refuted the veracity of the claims made in the article. The Company believes the claims contained in the complaint are without merit and will vigorously defend this matter.Â
