OnPrintShop has launched a minor release of version 12.3 that includes advanced capabilities to improve print personalization, user access and security, product visualization, checkout flexibility, and more. With its meaningful improvements across business workflows, this version balances speed, usability, personalization, and productivity. 

The web-to-print innovator, OnPrintShop released the power-packed version 12.3 on 28th December, 2025. The features included in this iteration include OTP-based login for B2C public stores, improved quick design UI, mass template personalization, enhanced store duplication, advanced folding options with 3D previews, and improved tax application for quotes & offline orders. 

It also includes design & AI tools like AI assistant & text translation for PDF Block templates and image cropping & scaling on-canvas. The storefront & checkout enhancements include redeem rewards during quote conversion, local pickup option for free shipping, improved shipping option sorting, auto-fill customer info for pickup orders, and artwork option thumbnails. 

With the OTP-based feature, customers across B2C, reseller, and franchisee stores can log in using OTP along with email and password login. The enhanced ‘Quick Design’ section now allows printers to offer a more intuitive user experience to customers. 

By using the mass template personalization feature for quick design products, customers can personalize many copies of the same product, with each copy having different personalized data. 

Printers can now duplicate stores with additional configurations, achieving faster creation of new stores with minimal manual effort. 

The custom fold options make it easier to configure complex folded products like brochures, leaflets, and mailers, enabling printers to set fold lines exactly where needed. Printers can either utilize percentage or fixed measurements along with the existing “number of folds” method. 

The tax application feature for quotes and offline orders allows to apply the correct tax for each product instead of one common tax. Printers can easily choose or change taxes for offline orders without any manual adjustments.

The design editing experience in the Designer Studio has been enhanced with image cropping and scaling features, eliminating the need to switch between multiple platforms for this action.
