Intellia Therapeutics Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., May 05, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. ("Intellia Therapeutics" or "Intellia") a leading gene editing company focused on the development of potentially curative therapeutics using CRISPR/Cas9 technology, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $18 per share. In addition, Intellia has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount. Intellia's common stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "NTLA" on May 6, 2016.
