The Index is constructed and maintained by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC. The Index is designed to measure the stock performance of U.S. companies in the semiconductors subsector. Component companies include, among others, those engaged in the production and distribution of semiconductors and other integrated chips, as well as other related products such as semiconductor capital equipment and motherboards. The Index is published under the Bloomberg ticker symbol DJUSSC.
