Brokerages Lower PATH Price Forecast

On Friday, UBS maintained a Neutral rating and lowered its price target to $14.

On Thursday, BMO Capital analyst Keith Bachman maintained a Market Perform rating and lowered his target from $18 to $15. Canaccord Genuity analyst Kingsley Crane maintained a Hold rating and lowered his target from $17 to $14. TD Cowen maintained a Hold rating and lowered its target to $15.

On a positive note, Needham analyst Scott Berg maintained a Buy rating and a $22 price target. He said UiPath’s AI-driven product capabilities are growing and there is a clear path toward long-term profit margins.

Customers generating over $5 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) now account for about 20% of total ARR. “We believe the largest cohort of customers has grown significantly from under 10% of revenue four years ago,” Berg wrote.

Berg noted that about 90% of customers spending over $1 million in ARR use an agentic AI offering. Management targets a long-term operating margin of over 30%, mainly through sales and marketing efficiency.

Technical Analysis

From a trend perspective, PATH is still trying to stabilize after a rough stretch: it’s trading 17.3% below its 20-day SMA and 17.1% below its 50-day SMA, which indicates recent rallies haven’t been strong enough to reclaim near-term trend control. It’s also 5.9% below the 100-day SMA and 6.2% below the 200-day SMA, keeping the longer-term posture cautious until price can get back above those zones.

The bigger-picture moving-average structure is mixed: the Golden Cross in August (50-day SMA above the 200-day SMA) is a longer-term positive, but the stock’s current position below both longer-term averages suggests that signal hasn’t translated into sustained follow-through yet.

  • Key Resistance: $13 — Round-number area that also lines up closely with the 200-day EMA ($13.03), making it a common spot for rebounds to stall
  • Key Support: $10 — Nearby round-number floor above the $9.20 52-week low zone, where dip-buyers may look for another defense
