Russia's Global Ports lifted its full-year dividend, after posting a rise in its 2011 profit. Global Ports' net profit last year climbed 23% y/y to $146.9 million. It also lowered its net debt by 53% to $66 million during 2011. Its revenue surged 31% to $501.3 million.

Hill-Rom Holdings Inc (NYSE: HRC) announced its plans to lift its quarterly dividend by 11%. Hill-Rom will increase its dividend to 12.5 cents per share. Hill-Rom shares closed at $33.81 yesterday.

John Wood Group PLC (OTC: WDGJF) announced its plans to lift its 2011 dividend by 22.7%, after posting a 19.5% rise in revenue. John Wood's total revenue climbed to $6.05 billion, from $5.06 billion in 2010. Its revenue from continuing operations jumped 38.7% to $5.67 billion from $4.09 billion....

Mead Johnson Nutrition Co (NYSE: MJN) lifted its quarterly dividend by 15%. Mead Johnson lifted its dividend by $0.04 to $0.30 per share. MJN shares rose 0.27% to close at $78.26 on Friday.

The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) announced its plans to raise its annual dividend by 150%. Mosaic will lift its dividend to $0.50 per share from $0.20 per share. Mosaic shares gained 0.07% to $58.72 in pre-market trading.

St. Jude Medical Inc (NYSE: STJ) announced its plans to lift its annual dividend by 10%. St. Jude Medical will raise dividend to $0.92 per share, from $0.84 per share. St. Jude Medical shares closed at $43.23 on Friday.

Nordstrom Inc (NYSE: JWN) reported that its board lifted the quarterly dividend by 17%. Nordstrom raised dividend to $0.27 per share. Its board authorized an $800 million share buyback program. JWN shares dropped 1.99% to close at $51.14 on Friday.

Omnicom Group Inc (NYSE: OMC) lifted its quarterly dividend by 20%. Omnicom raised its dividend to $0.30 per share. Omnicom shares closed at $47.46 yesterday.
