To pursue its objective, the Macquarie Global Listed Infrastructure ETF will invest at least 80 percent of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in global listed infrastructure companies that meet the Funds sustainable investment criteria. The Fund will invest in securities of companies that are located throughout the world, including the United States. The Fund will rely on the country where the issuer is incorporated, is headquartered or has its principal place of business in determining the location of an issuer. The Fund may invest in equity securities of non-U.S. companies located in emerging market countries. Emerging market countries include those currently considered to be developing by the World Bank, the United Nations, or the countries governments. The Fund will primarily invest in emerging markets securities of countries included in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index.
