To achieve investment objective, the fund, using a passive or indexing investment approach, seeks investments results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expense, of the CSI 300 Index (the Underlying Index), which is designed to reflect the price fluctuation and performance of the China A-Share market and is composed of the 300 largest and most liquid stocks in the China A-Share market. DBX Advisors LLC (the Advisor) expects that, over time, the correlation between the funds performance and that of the Underlying Index, before fees and expenses, will be 95 percent or better. A figure of 100 percent would indicate perfect correlation.
