The Funds investment adviser seeks to fulfill the Funds investment objective by using two income strategies: (1) an interest income strategy and (2) an income generating option spread strategy. The adviser has engaged a sub-adviser, Legacy Investment Solutions, LLC d.b.a. Ancorato, to assist with portfolio construction. The sub-adviser provides investment research on individual stocks, model portfolios, fixed income allocations, and option overlay strategies as inputs to the advisers portfolio construction process. Target 25 in the Funds name refers to the goal of making monthly distributions at an annualized rate (after fees and expenses) of 25 percent.
