To achieve investment objective, the Fund invests at least 80 percent of its Assets in equity securities and call options on S&P 500 ETFs or on the Index. Assets means net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes. In determining its Assets, the Fund will value the options using adjusted notional amounts that reflect the Funds investment exposure. The Fund invests primarily in large, well-established companies, which are companies with market capitalizations similar to those within the universe of the Index at the time of purchase. As of June 30, 2025, the market capitalizations of the companies in the Index ranged from dollar 3.8 billion to dollar 3.9 trillion. The Fund may also invest in equity securities of U.S. mid cap companies.
