Here is the ETF Professor's ETF Watch List for Wednesday December 28, 2011.
Play rising consumer confidence and sentiment with the Vanguard Consumer Discretionary ETF (NYSE: VCR).
The Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLP) has one of the better looking charts out there as does the Utilities Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLU).
The U.S. Oil Fund (NYSE: USO) is another to keep an eye on.
Emerging markets plays of the day: iShares MSCI Taiwan Index Fund (NYSE: EWT), Market Vectors Indonesia ETF (NYSE: IDX) and the iShares MSCI Chile Investable Market Index Fund (NYSE: ECH).
Forex play of the day: ProShares UltraShort Yen (NYSE: YCS).
Bond play of the day: SPDR Barclays Capital High Yield Bond ETF (NYSE: JNK).
