ProShares To Introduce Inverse China ETF

ProShares will introduce a new inverse China-focused ETF, ProShares Short FTSE/Xinhua China 25, which will trade under the ticker "YXI." YXI will seek results that correspond to the daily inverse performance of the FTSE/Xinhua China 25 Index.

WisdomTree To Launch Emerging Markets Debt ETF

WisdomTree has filed plans with the SEC to introduce the Emerging Markets Local Debt Fund ETF. The ETF will invest in government and corporate debt in the emerging markets. No ticker was disclosed.

New Russia ETF Makes Debut Today

The popular Market Vectors Russia ETF (NYSE: RSX) got a rival today with the debut of the SPDR S&P Russia ETF (NYSE: RBL). RBL actually has a lower expense ratio at 0.59% than RSX offers 0.62%, but investors may be more interested to see if RBL can mimic RSX's boffo performance.
