Symbotic Reports Weak Sales, Joins FMC, UBS And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Tuesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures falling over 80 points on Tuesday.

Shares of Symbotic Inc. SYM fell sharply in today’s pre-market trading after the company reported mixed first-quarter financial results.

Symbotic reported quarterly losses of 2 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of a loss of 6 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $368.45 million, missing the analyst consensus estimate of $368.86 million, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

Symbotic shares dipped 20.2% to $39.56 in pre-market trading.

  • FMC Corporation FMC shares declined 15.4% to $51.10 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter results.
  • Rambus Inc. RMBS shares fell 10.4% to $61.20 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed quarterly financial results.
  • Chegg, Inc. CHGG shares declined 8.8% to $8.48 in pre-market trading after the company issued weak first-quarter guidance.
  • Nyxoah S.A. NYXH shares fell 8.7% to $9.79 in pre-market trading.
  • Plug Power Inc. PLUG shares fell 5.9% to $4.09 in pre-market trading after declining around 7% on Monday.
  • Amkor Technology, Inc. AMKR shares fell 4.7% to $30.79 in pre-market trading after the company issued weak first-quarter guidance.
  • UBS Group AG UBS fell 4.2% to $28.55 in pre-market trading after the company posted quarterly results and announced a share buyback of up to $1 billion.
  • Tesla, Inc. TSLA shares declined 2.4% to $176.67 in pre-market trading after falling around 3.7% on Monday.
