Investment Policy
The Fund normally invests in securities comprising the Index. The Index is designed to track the performance of companies that are involved in the metallurgical (met) and thermal coal industry (the Coal Industry), which includes production, exploration, development, transportation, and distribution (Coal Companies). Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80 percent of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of Coal Companies.
