Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in debt securities or investments that provide exposure to debt securities. For purposes of this 80% policy, debt securities include, but are not limited to, corporate bonds of any credit quality issued by foreign or domestic issuers, government bonds (obligations issued or guaranteed by U.S. and non-U.S. governments and their agencies or instrumentalities), asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities of any kind, preferred stock, and other types of debt or income-producing securities of any credit quality. Asset-backed securities include securities backed by the notes or receivables originated by banks, credit card companies or other providers of credit. The Funds 80% policy may be changed by the Funds Trustees without a shareholder vote upon at least 60 days prior notice of the change.
