To achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80 percent of its total assets in investments that provide exposure to one or more ETFs or unit investment trusts (collectively, the Underlying ETF), which seeks to track an index comprised of U.S. equities. For purposes of this policy, the term assets means net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes. The Underlying ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P 500 Index, by investing in equity securities of U.S. companies, including companies with large capitalizations.
